Assembly

Since 1948, C H Barnett have been manufacturing and supplying high quality sheet metal fabrications to customers in many different industries. We pride ourselves in delivering first-class, exceptional products made to our customers’ exact specifications and needs. Whether they need component parts which they will assemble at their own premises, or they require the fabrications to be assembled into machine units by us, we are able to meet any requirement.

Assembly of the various product component parts can be achieved by welding, riveting, threaded fasteners or bending to form a crimped seam in a dedicated, clean assembly area.

After final assembly, we can perform bead blasting on any product, even those with awkward shapes, up to a capacity of 5 x 4 x 3 metres high. Bead blasting is a suitable process for materials used in the food and medical industries. This process will give a consistent finish to the stainless steel, with no unsightly streaking or contamination on the surface.

All products are checked and tested before final dispatch to our customers.
