When you are designing a new product, or making adaptations to existing ones, you need to be sure that it will “be up to the job”. It can be very costly to go into full production only to find out that the finished product is not what you hoped it would be, or does not perform in the way you need it to so stainless steel prototyping can help you do that .

Not all issues with the design of a new product can be identified at the initial technical drawing stage. Often, only once the product is in-situ are any defects in the design noticed. Our stainless steel prototyping department uses CAD software to create 3D models and then create a prototype that will demonstrate the appearance, dimensions and features of the final product.
Once the prototype has been created, it can be tested for suitability, highlighting any issues, defects, or improvements that are needed before final production. It is at this point that changes to the product can be made. With extensive knowledge in a range of sectors, our development team will use this knowledge and skill to work with the customer to solve problems with existing products and develop new ones.
